I really hate to say it, but this isn't animal cruelty at all. The dog is being taught to submit to it's master, which is done by having forcing the dog onto it's back beneath the master. YES, I will agree that when he's putting the dog on the ground he is being more forceful then required, but it's not cruelty. The noises the dog is making are because it's being dominated, not because it's being hurt. I've worked with dog trainers, and am currently pursuing a career as a trainer, and I can honestly say that what he is doing here is perfectly fine. I myself have a dominant dog (a Shiba Inu) and this is actually one of the tactics that the breeder told us to try. I'm not trying to step on any toes, but I just thought that I would explain the reasoning behind what he's doing.
