Well, she is wrong in more than one way.

First she is driving on a suspended license, all this would not have happened if she took the responsibility to follow the laws of driving.

I disagree with sonyme from England, and your attitude is pompous and know it all. Tasing has never killed or injured anyone, and is a valuable tool for cops trying to get people to simply follow the rules the public has laid out. I do know that if you acted that way in England, or any other civilized country, they'd also physically take care of you, so please do not imply that somehow your country would provide counseling at traffic stops. Is the spoiled brat in charge? Can we have our street back? Compassion is great, (mostly for the police and their difficult job) but give it to her after she's brought to the station and we find out a little more.

Makes me awfully glad that I am an English woman living in England where my human rights are respected by our police. This is simply inhumane an a violation of her human rights. There was no need at all for that given that the policeman could easily have pulled her out physically. I believe he wanted to torture her. What if she had been pregnant?
