Spend 30 seconds really imagining this and make sure to accurately visualize the sight of the sunset, the smell of the ocean, the feel of the hammock on your skin, the sound of the waves lapping the shoreline and even the taste of the air. Go on, spend 30 seconds in paradise. Now if you did in fact complete this exercise you no doubt now have a relaxed calm and positive aura running through your body. This is just a miniscule taste of what visualization can bring about in your life. However the positive feelings gained from this exercise are not to be overlooked!
