Pistol Squat (Right Leg)
Recline Pull
Pistol Squat (Left Leg)
Bodyweight Shoulder Press
Jump Squat

Alternating Split Squat Jump
Instructions:

Instructions:
Perform each exercise for 20 seconds followed by a 10 second break. Complete all 8 exercises for a total of 4 minutes. It is simple, but not easy.
